My first purchase with Beck Motors was 6 years and I thought I received satisfactory treatment back then. But this recent purchase, I walked out smiling and extremely happy! I felt like I was given the royal treatment, like I was there only customer! WOW! Because I experienced friendliness with my first purchase, I went back to Beck Motor for this recent purchase. From the first phone call to let Beck Motor's I was looking to purchase and to date, Beck Motors has made me feel like I'm a part of their family. They listened to my wants and showed me everything that I asked for. Scott helped me find an even better purchasing and finance options. I was made to feel extremely confident with my purchase. It was practically effortless, Scott did all the leg work and research for me. He was thorough in answering questions that I even forgot to ask, like car facts, etc. Jessica, the business manager made me feel comfortable and took care of the financing. She never made me feel like she was judging me or I never once felt intimidated, she was superb! And, after my purchase Scott has followed up on my little concerns or questions about my van. To whom it may concern, Last week we were in Pierre for a funeral service. Our new Chevy Malibu would not start in the morning of the funeral service. We called your company for help.
In very short order a tow truck came and took the car to the dealership. We finished our breakfast and caught a shuttle from the Ramkota to the dealership. When we arrived we asked about a ‘loaner’ car so we could go to the service. The repair center asked for 10 minutes more and in that time they had our car working again! We were able to make it to the service and through the remainder of our trip.
We wish to express to you our sincere thanks and PRAISE for your service and two stranded people. It seemed like you went well above any common standard and provided us with the VERY BEST. Please be sure that the people we came in contact with there know how very much we appreciated your help. What an awesome dealership. If we lived in Pierre, it would be hard to use any other dealer. Dear Mr. Beck: On Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011, we ran over a metal pipe on I-90 and punctured our 2011 Cadillac DTS oil filter (see photo), draining all the oil and broke the splash shield under the front bumper. We were towed 80 miles to your dealership for repairs.
My husband Alfred and I would like to express our deep gratitude to your staff who worked diligently to remove the damaged oil filter, secure the splash shield, provide a free car wash token, and restore our vehicle to running order. Several of your staff worked past their regular hours to complete the repairs and enabled us to reach our destination of Mitchell, SD for the night.
The superb customer service demonstrated by your staff to an out-of-state customer was not only unexpected, but greatly appreciated. We would both like to thank everyone for their concern, kindness and willingness to work beyond their work day to ensure our safety in returning to our home on schedule. In an age where "your emergency is not mine" is common...your employees rock! Tuesday Gina had the misfortune of discovering a fully flattened tire when getting in our Suburban to return from her lunch hour to work. She called me, and I was getting a haircut ,and very close to time to be a my next appointment. I ran home thinking we'll just air it up and run it to your place....no dice...big hole.
So we started for town and I called your store ,and Steve was available. Thank you for your help following our story of despair.
I don't know who was all behind making our emergency theirs..but hats off to them! Great service gang!

On May 23, 2008, I visited and purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche. My sales person was Scott Louis. Mr. Louis is a very professional and intelligent salesman. His polite mannerisms and experience I experienced is incomparable to any other dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. In fact no one can compare to the thoroughness as he explained every feature that was part of my new vehicle. As for the finance department, I must commend the politeness and hard work demonstrated by Tammy. Trace & Steve: Three weeks ago I drove my corvette through some construction in Herried, SD. Because of soft, deep disked up dirt some damage was done to the area beneath the front bumper. Chuck estimated the damage at more than $1000. I contacted the contractor doing the construction job and he came to Pierre last Monday, (yesterday) and looked the vehicle over and received a copy of the estimate. I haven't heard anything from him yet but expect to in the near future. Your body shop team and the maintenance team did everything possible to accommodate the contractor so he could verify the damage to the car. Without them, it would be almost impossible for me to show the extent of the damage. Bob Jefferies came and picked up the car and returned it to my garage. Beck motors stored it for four days waiting on the contractor to show. All in all, I don't believe there is another place in America you can get this type of service. I appreciate it very much and thank each of everyone of you.

Yes, Scott has done a great job throughout the entire process. He is easy to get a hold of and has been very helpful, courteous and accommodating. Scott personally made the sale stress-free and very positive.
If you had after-market work done, was it completed to your satisfaction?
When I purchased the vehicle, a radiator cap was needed. Scott and Ross (in Service) immediately ordered one and called the next day when it arrived.
Was your financing/paperwork completed in a timely and professional manner?
I was pleased with the entire transaction. In my opinion, Beck Motors is a first-class organization. The paperwork went quickly and was honestly a breeze. More specifically, Nicole did an incredible job. She was quick, knowledgeable and she thoroughly explained everything to me.
Is there anything on your Titan that needs attention?
Nothing that I have noticed. This was such a great experience.
